The Company
Phylumtech is an Argentine biotechnology company dedicated to developing innovative solutions for drug discovery and the research of new molecules. The Challenge
Phylumtech needed to develop a platform that would enable scientists around the world, many of them without technical expertise, to design and remotely execute a wide range of automated experiments on living microscopic organisms.
The Solution
Baufest partnered with Phylumtech as its technology partner to develop and evolve Phylum LaaS, a cloud-based digital platform that automates the execution of laboratory experiments using synchronized devices such as robotic arms, dispensers, and readers that measure the effects of substances on model organisms.
